The Special Education Autism, Graduate Certificate from the University of Nevada, Reno helps educators and related service providers build practical skills to support children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder in schools, early intervention and community settings.

This online graduate certificate provides specialized training in autism, special education and evidence-based support. Students study the characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder while learning effective practices for working with individuals on the autism spectrum across educational and community environments.
Students complete online courses in behavior support, communication, language development, autism characteristics and instructional methods.
